Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Faulty Items

If the item you receive is faulty or does not function correctly, please provide a clear photo or video showing the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Once the evidence has been reviewed and approved, we will issue an immediate refund, and you will not be required to return the item.

Items Not as Described, Not Expected, or No Longer Needed

If your item is not faulty but you wish to return it, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued

  • After notifying us of your intent to return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable in this case

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are entitled to the same return and refund rights as full-priced items.

Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been damaged due to:

  • Self-repair attempts

  • Repairs or modifications made by a third party

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer’s Guarantee

Tvimomento provides a 9-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use

  • Accidental damage (such as dropping the product)

  • Deliberate misuse

Under this guarantee, Tvimomento will repair or replace the product at no cost.
Refunds are not provided under the manufacturer’s warranty—only repairs or replacements.
