Faulty Items
If the item you receive is faulty or does not function correctly, please provide a clear photo or video showing the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Once the evidence has been reviewed and approved, we will issue an immediate refund, and you will not be required to return the item.
Items Not as Described, Not Expected, or No Longer Needed
If your item is not faulty but you wish to return it, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

Sale Items

Warranty Policy
Manufacturer’s Guarantee
Tvimomento provides a 9-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Deliberate misuse
Under this guarantee, Tvimomento will repair or replace the product at no cost.
Refunds are not provided under the manufacturer’s warranty—only repairs or replacements.
