Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Every order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Time
We currently offer standard free shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.

Please be aware that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, international customs procedures, or incorrect address details.
If you experience any delay with your order, please contact our customer support team. We are committed to keeping you informed and assisting you throughout the process.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request order cancellations or modifications.
If you need to make changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@tvimomento.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within this timeframe.
After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible. Tvimomento is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Thank you for your understanding.
Does Tvimomento Ship Internationally?
At this time, Tvimomento ships only within the UK. We do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.
If you have not received this email, please contact us at support@tvimomento.com, and we will be happy to assist. You can also track your order through our tracking page.
Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Order Not Received?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was received on your behalf

Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email

Contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery details or proof of non-delivery

Send the proof of non-delivery to us so we can promptly issue a refund
